Natural Sleep mattresses are made from organic, eco-certified latex, which is derived from Earthfoam. We are committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly materials in all of our products, and we ensure that our mattresses are both comfortable and environmentally responsible.

We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our mattresses. If you experience any defects or problems with your mattress within the first 10 years of use, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please refer to our Warranty page for more details.

We have returns on manufacturing defects only, and not for change of mind. If your products has a deemed manufacturing defect you will be eligible for it to be repaired or replaces as per the warranty. 

Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method chosen. For metro-melbourne and Victorian customers, we usually run a delivery every Saturday with our own staff and truck to offer delivery & assembly services. For interstate customers, after the lead time period standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days depending on location.

We charge a flat rate of $80 for deliveries within Metro Melbourne (irrespective of number of items). Within Metro Melbourne we also offer an additional assembly service for $70 extra. 

For customers outside Metro Melbourne, please contact us before or after purchase is made online so we can quote you for delivery accordingly. Assembly services are not available for interstate customers.
