For the past 18 years, I’ve slept on a latex mattress and have never had any issues with allergies or bed bugs. As a hot sleeper, I’ve also found that a pure latex mattress helps me stay cool and comfortable throughout the night.

After all those years, it was finally time for an upgrade. We looked around, visited a few different stores, and eventually discovered Natural Comfort in Hawthorn. KJ and Ethan were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.

We eventually chose the Chiro Supreme 280 in the firm option, and I was delighted to discover that they could custom make a European Queen to perfectly fit our bed frame

One of the things that really impressed me about their mattresses is the design. You can unzip the cover to see the layers of latex inside, and you have the flexibility to rearrange or switch the layers around if needed. The only downside to latex is its weight, but in my opinion, the pros far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Latex mattresses provide comfort and natural support to your spine.

We’ve now been enjoying our new mattress for around six months and couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

A big thank you to KJ and Ethan for all your help and for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Natural Comfort to anyone looking for a high-quality latex mattress!

Ethan is an absolute legend, very informative and was able to answer all our questions. If I could give more stars for this review, I’d give 10 stars. Most genuine and down to earth person, and did not feel like a sales pitch when explaining the mattresses and mattress topper. My dad had been struggling with a mattress that was very firm. When I’m next due for a pillow or mattress, I’m coming to natural comfort.

I write reviews often, and this is one of the easiest five stars I've given. More than a decade with my Natural Comfort bed and it still delivers - no sagging in the middle, no hard edges digging in, just consistent, genuine comfort every single night.

I've had friends replace mattresses two or three times in the time I've had this one. It hasn't lost its shape, it hasn't lost its support, and honestly it still feels close to the day I bought it. That kind of longevity says everything about the quality that goes into these beds.

If you're on the fence about the investment, don't be. A decade-plus of genuinely great sleep, night after night, speaks for itself. I swear by these beds - couldn't recommend Natural Comfort more highly.

We bought a split King-size bed here over a year ago. It has been a very comforatble bed. KG's product-knowledge and advice was outstanding and helped us choose the right bed. We also appreciated his assistance when it came to pickup.

I have waited a few weeks to leave an honest review.
My husband and I visited the Natural Comfort showroom and were greeted by Ethan and KG. They were both extremely informative and passionate about their product. With many failed mattress purchases and consequently years of bad sleep under our belts they both went out of their way to provide us with all the information we needed to make the right choice of mattress.
After trying a few on the showroom floor, we were instantly drawn to the top of the range 30cm full latex Chiro Plush mattress in the firm setting. Put simply, the Chiro Plush felt like the far superior choice due to the deep level of comfort and support it provided us both, catering to our various back issues. A few weeks on and I have to say this mattress is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and it feels more comfortable every time I sleep on it. My husband and I have suffered from serious chronic back pain and issues for many years and they were only getting worse as time went on. Within a couple of nights of sleeping on our new latex mattresses we were both experiencing the most blissful sleep. Our chronic lower back, spine and neck pain has completely disappeared. I used to wake several times a night in agony and I am now sleeping through the night without disturbance. I wake up feeling like a completely new person. My husband's neck pain and bulging discs have also resolved since sleeping on the Chiro Plush and the relief we feel is incredible. We also decided to invest in the adjustable bases which have been a complete game changer. I always struggled with muscle tension and not being able to release and relax my muscles. Now, before sleep, we adjust our bases to the zero gravity position which allows the spine to completely decompress whilst enjoying the feeling of total weightlessness. Previously, I would struggle all night long to get to sleep and stay asleep, often having to get up and lie on the couch as I just couldn't get comfortable. I have never been a back sleeper and would always toss and turn or lie on my side with a pillow between my legs to try to achieve enough comfort to fall asleep but now I often wake up in the same position on my back that I fell asleep in and wonder if I have stayed in that position all night! Literally sleeping like a log. I even find that the lovely subtle smell of the natural latex helps me go to sleep and I now associate that smell with my luscious, cosy bed. My husband and I finally feel like we are actually getting quality, restorative sleep and are in far better moods during the day. The only issue we face now is trying to get our kids out of our bed. They all want one too! If you are looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favour and go directly to Natural Comfort. It is definitely worth the investment although far more competitively priced than others in the latex market. The quality is far superior to anything you will find in other bedding stores and the level of attentive service you receive from this family owned and run business will outdo anything you receive from other big bed retailers. They will definitely look after you, I can't recommend them highly enough!

I originally just ordered a full latex firm mattress. Ethan helped me decide and he was so knowledgeable and really spent the time to help me decide. It was amazing so I came back and KG helped me and I purchased the electric adjustable bed base and it has taken comfort to the next level. Delivery guys were also really great and friendly. My experience both times were the best and I’ve already been recommending to my friends.

I waited over 2 months since receiving my mattress so as to be sure about my experience before writing this review
I was shopping for a coil spring mattress with a pillow top and found what seemed like a comfortable one at Natural Comfort bed store in Hawthorn. However Ethan, the salesperson, recommended a 100% latex mattress as being their best(and also most expensive) option. I went ahead and purchased it but admit to having reservations as my only other experience of latex was a pillow many years ago which I did not like. Two months later I must say that it has been an excellent mattress and well worth the price tag of over $3,000. Everything Ethan told me was true. It is amazingly supportive and stable so as not to disturb anyone else sleeping in the bed. To anyone looking for a bed/mattress I can strongly recommend this company The advice was accurate and honest and service excellent. I found their product to be of good quality and reasonably priced.
