In 1957, we began the manufacture of natural latex for bedding & mattresses using the Dunlop process in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

1967
We expanded our operations to a second factory in Singapore, being one of the pioneer industrial actors of the fledgling city state. Our facility was newly built within the Jurong Industrial Estate. Pictured is the factory opening ceremony in 1967, facilitated by Singapore Minister of Finance Dr. Goh Keng Swee.

1982-2003
1982 – we established a state of the art manufacturing hub in Perak, Malaysia (seen in video), opened by Malaysia Minster for International Trade & Industry Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz
This was a 8,000m2 factory which brought together latex & bedding manufacturing and was the largest latex manufacturing facility in Asia at the time.
For almost two decades, we held the license to manufacture & market the UK Dunlopillo brand (1988-2003).

In 1982 we established a state of the art manufacturing hub in Perak, Malaysia (seen in video), opened by Malaysia Minster for International Trade & Industry Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz. This was a 8,000m2 factory which brought together latex & bedding manufacturing and was the largest latex manufacturing facility in Asia at the time.

We are vertically integrated with the world’s leading and largest producer of natural latex for the bedding industry – EarthFoam. We directly import the highest quality 100% natural, organic & EcoCertified latex to be used in our bedding products made in Melbourne, AUS.
